National Science Foundation Funded Research Opportunity
Baruch College, City University of New York is currently recruiting students for participation in a training program funded by the National Science Foundation entitled Research Experience for Undergraduates (REU). The REU site at Baruch College will offer advanced research training for one academic year to 12 undergraduate students who attend colleges and universities in the New York metropolitan area.

2015 CUNY Nobel Science Challenge
CUNY undergraduate students are invited to describe, in 1000 - 1500 words, the scientific concepts behind the work for which one of the 2015 Nobel winners received their respective prize and the present and future significance of the research to humanity.

China Exchange Program
The China-US Exchange Foundation (CUSEF), in partnership with the Chinese Ministry of Education. The China-US Exchange Foundation announced sponsorships for 400 students in CBC Members Districts to visit China for 2 weeks. Sixty out of the 200 scholarships have been used, meaning there are ample spots for some York College students. The only thing a student traveling on the program has to pay for is airfare to China. Travel within China, food, room and board, tickets and everything else is covered by the Chinese government.

CUNY Pipeline Research Opportunity for Students Pursuing Ph.D Degrees
The CUNY Pipeline Program is designed to provide educational and financial support to CUNY undergraduates from groups currently underrepresented in our nation's universities who are interested in pursuing the Ph.D. in preparation for college-level teaching and advanced research. The Program accepts students in any discipline except law, business and medicine.
