Funded by the U.S. Small Business Administration, and the City University of New York, the Small Business Development Center (SBDC) is hosted by York College, CUNY. The SBDC has been helping small businesses through all phases of growth for over 25 years. Our center is staffed by talented and professional New York State Certified business advisers who take a personal interest in the success of your business. Our center exists to ensure that small businesses are prepared for start-up, growth and/or expansion.

This study is very important for any foreign investor because it uses powerful micro and macroeconomic statistical calculations that measure the economic projection of the investment, and more importantly the job creation assessment for each project.

The purpose of the investment business plan is to present to prospective investors or to develop an operational plan that will act as a foundation for the creation of the new business.
