***Emergency Repair Notice Update***
Below Is An Updated Notice To The Original Notice Sent On 7/29/2015
Two (2) of the four (4) pipes requiring emergency replacement have been replaced, tested and are in service providing “heating” as of 10/15/2015. However, due to the focused attention on repairs to provide heat to the PAC we were not able to complete the remaining 2-cooling pipes within the same time frame. The revised schedule for the completion of the 2-cooling pipes is 12/31/2015.
The same process that was used to replace the heating pipes will be used to replace the cooling pipes. The existing trench excavation will be used and will remain until 12/31/2015.
The temporary Parking Lot configuration will remain until the 2-cooling pipes have been replaced.
Updated Time Line For Repairs (tentative and subject to change)
- Commence work to replace 2-cooilng pipes – by10/15/2015
- Complete 2-cooling pipe installation - by 12/31/2015
- Restore Parking Lot – by 01/15/2016
