Dr. Persaud, PhD, DrPH, PA-C, is the Program Director for the Physician Assistant Program. He is a York College alum, graduating from both the Physician Assistant program and the Medical Technology program. Dr. Persaud’s passion is to bridge the gap in healthcare disparities that exist within the poor and underserved communities, and the positive progression of untenured faculty members in Higher Education was the focus of each of his doctoral dissertation research. Dr. Persaud has published in several peer-reviewed journals on various topics and continues to seek opportunities that will positively impact society.
